Returns Policy/ Damage Report/ Terms of Sale

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You will be responsible for shipping cost both ways.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

This Policy Only Applies To The Spinning Grillers Restaurant Equipment & Parts.
  • Returns are accepted if the product has not been used.
  • Customer must email us for an RA number and must include the reason for the return. Without an RA number No refund will be issued. All shipments will be refused.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the receipt of goods.
  • We do not accept returns if the product has been used due to sanitary purposes. Please note that all products will be inspected upon return.
  • Returns on this product will only be accepted if packed in the original packaging and shipped via same carrier. All returns must be insured for the full value of the item.
  • Customer is responsible for damages in transit thus insurance is highly recommended.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • All parts and accessories must accompany the product. Products must be in a re-salable condition. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if any signs of use or damage is apparent.
  • A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.
Damage Report
  • All damaged items must be reported with 7 days of receipt of the goods.
  • All defective items must be reported with 7 days of receipt of the goods no exceptions. The technical support department will call you to troubleshoot and advise.
