The cutter / mixer has a variable speed that can be used to mix, chop, puree, and blend food perfectly. This Hummus Machine is a great tool for small to medium size restaurants that are looking to make a silky smooth blend of the authentic Middle Eastern Hummus.
It is easy to operate and clean with the removable pot, cover, and blade system. The Hummus Pro has four (4) curved blades made from Stainless Steel that are well balanced to pull the Hummus to the center while mixing. The L30 mixer also offers a tight (polycarbonate) lid seal with the easy pour to add ingredients while running.
Hummus pro machine can also be used to make salad dressings, Toom (Toum) Garlic paste, Guacamole, Mayonnaise, Traditional Kebab, Custard Cream, Baba Ganoush, Muhammara, Sorbet, Soups, Gazpacho, Pudding, Pesto Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, and Lahmuacun (Lahm-u-ajin), and many more....
To run this motor, you will need a 3 Phase 240V power line with a 30 AMP breaker. All electrical components are International Electrotechnical Commision (IEC) Compliant and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed.
