Spinning Grillers Chicken Tacos al Pastor and Carne Asada Beef Tacos.
Halal Pollo al Pastor and Carne Asada Steak Tacos. We changed it up at the Spinning Grillers Party. We made two types of tacos. Chicken al Pastor and Steak Tacos on our Shawarma Machines. Both were made from Halal meats. We started by marinating the Chicken with al Pastor spices. Prepared the spit and let it sit in the fridge overnight. We did the same things with the Carne Asada. Watch out another video on how to marinate the meat and assemble the meat tower.
To create the authentic Tijuana taco experience with Avocado Crema Salsa (Guacamole) and Hot Salsa for those who dare. Made corn and flour Tortillas in our Saj Plancha.
**NOTE - Always use the best ingredients while making the meat as well as the salsas.
