This dough sheeter is great for pita, Saj bread, pizza, wraps, and more into a uniform thickness and a round shape quickly and easily. The two stage dough roller / sheeter is a compact counter-top, space saver, and cuts labor costs tremendously. A single operator can make up about 260 pieces per hour.
