Save time and labor in your bakery by adding this 70" reversible countertop dough sheeter machine to your dough preparation area. Designed to quickly roll out up to 11 lb. of dough per minute, this sheeter features 3 1/2" diameter, 20 1/2" long rollers with adjustable 1-1 3/8" spacing. It utilizes a 17" wide conveyor to move dough through the machine and is reversible for quick rolling from either side of the unit. The belt moves at a speed of 59-105 ft. per minute and the rollers turn at a constant speed of 124 RPM for consistent results.

This model is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel for easy cleaning at the end of the day. The supports on either end of the machine fold up for space-saving storage. It also has several safety features to prevent worker injuries or damage to the motor including safety guards, an emergency stop switch, and a thermal overload. A 110V electrical connection is required for operation.
