Designed for busy restaurants and taco shops, this corn tortilla machine can make up to 840 tortillas per hour so your staff can keep up with the busiest rush. At the same time, it is small enough to fit on your countertop so it will not take up much valuable space in your kitchen.
This model comes with a 6" cutter which means that when your corn tortillas are cooked, they will be 6" in diameter. Additional cutter sizes are available (sold separately) so that you can make different sized tortillas to accommodate a changing menu. The tortilla thickness can be adjusted from 1/32" (1mm) to 1/16" (1 1/2mm) depending on your preferences. This model is made to cut corn tortillas only.
This tortilla machine features a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel frame and food grade plastic interior rollers for safe production and easy cleaning. When you are ready to clean up at the end of the day, the cutter is easy to remove and cleaning is simple. The metal mesh conveyor belt can be removed for maintenance too.
For simple operation, this unit has an on/off switch, a green start button, and a red stop button. The gear-driven motor offers 60W of power and comes protected with an overload sensor to prevent damage to the unit. Plus, the interlock system prevents the unit from operating if the covers are not in place, protecting your employees as well as the interior components. 115V.
